THE PINES HOA
Paying Annual Assessments

The Pines HOA assessments are billed in two installments, the first half in early January and the second half in early July. You will receive invoices each time and interest will be charged if your account is past due on a quarterly basis. Accounts seriously past due may be subject to legal action.


You may mail checks to our secure post office box or use your online banking account, and your bank will send payment directly to us after you set The Pines up as one of the bills you want paid. By using either method, payments should be sent to:
